Do I have to assemble the apps myself?

No. Elimu will work with you to understand the problems you’re trying to solve and then assemble apps to solve those problems for you using Sapphire. In some cases, you may find that another customer has solved similar problems with Sapphire, in which case we might use their app(s) to solve your problems as well. All of that said, Sapphire is designed for customers to assemble or modify apps on their own, and that will always be an option for customers.
