What is the implementation process?

Once you’re ready to start with Sapphire, the implementation process is straightforward. We first provision a Sapphire tenant for you. We then identify the source systems you want to connect to (EHR, HIE, etc), and make those connections via standard FHIR calls. With the usual kick-off meetings and introductions to your team, that process usually takes a few days, but the actual man-hours are less than a day. If there are any systems that don’t have a FHIR server, Sapphire can connect via that system’s available APIs or HL7 V2. That process takes a bit more time.
